  We began the day inside one of the world’s largest hospitality groups — Accor. Students were welcomed by the HR Director, who openly shared her 15+ year global journey.

• Inside Australia’s Most Iconic Luxury Brand — RM Williams

  Next, we stepped into the legendary world of RM Williams, Australia’s premium handcrafted boot and leather legacy brand.

  The Head Manager — whose previous career includes senior roles at Hermès and Tiffany & Co. — shared his journey from global luxury to heading the largest RM Williams store in history.

  He opened up about craftsmanship, innovation, customer loyalty, and how a 300-year-old brand keeps itself modern.

• Meeting the Founder Behind Australia’s Pink Diamond Empire

  From legendary boots to rare gems, our next immersion brought students into the world of pink diamonds, pearls, and high-end jewelry.

  The founder — now one of Australia’s most successful luxury jewelry entrepreneurs — shared a story that left every student inspired. He had once worked cleaning toilets on cruise ships, slowly climbing the ladder until he mastered the art of selling luxury goods.

  From cruise decks to global retail to launching his own high-value jewelry business — his journey showcased grit, perseverance, and the power of dreaming big.

  Students learned the reality of elite sales, building long-term client relationships, managing high-value assets, and the mindset needed to turn humble beginnings into extraordinary success.

  
  

• Diplomacy, Global Trade & Leadership with the Consul General of Croatia

  We ended the day with a rare opportunity: a private session with the Consul General of Republic of Croatia.

  
  

  With 17 years in diplomacy, he shared powerful lessons on:

  • Global leadership

  • Cultural intelligence

  • International trade

  • Diplomacy as a tool for peace

  • Opportunities to collaborate with Croatia and the wider European Union
    

His experience gave students a deep look into the world of international relations — a world normally inaccessible to teenagers.
