Thank you for choosing the Academy of Entrepreneurs for your Study Tour in Sydney. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit:

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the Study Tour.

  2. The deposit amount is specified in your booking confirmation.

  3. The deposit is non-transferable to other programs or individuals.

 

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Academy of Entrepreneurs via email at info@email.com.

 

Cancellation requests will be processed as follows:

 

  1. 30 days or more before the tour start date: No refund of the deposit, and no further charges will be applied.

  2. Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund of the deposit, and no further charges will be applied.

 

3. No Shows:

If you do not attend the Study Tour with or without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and the full program fee remains payable.

 

4. Program Changes:

The Academy of Entrepreneurs reserves the right to make changes to the program, including but not limited to, the itinerary, activities, and schedule.

 

In the event that significant changes are made, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives if applicable.

5. Force Majeure:

The Academy of Entrepreneurs shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the Study Tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen events.

 

6. Refund Processing:

In cases where a refund is applicable according to this policy, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
 

By making a reservation for the Academy of Entrepreneurs Study Tour in Sydney, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
